Building Cross-Border Capacity for Transnational Criminal Organizations, financial Investigations and Asset Recovery

This program funds work to improve Bosnia and Herzegovina’s ability to fight transnational criminal organizations and related corruption through joint investigation teams, U.S. mentorship, technical assistance on complex financial cases, and stronger asset management. Only organizations may apply, including U.S.-based nonprofit NGOs and U.S.-based educational institutions that meet the tax-code requirements listed in the notice. The award is for one cooperative agreement of $600,000 to $700,000, with total funding of $700,000. Cost sharing is recommended but not required. The program is limited to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
