The Department of State’s Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs is funding one cooperative agreement to support the Bosnia and Herzegovina State Prosecutor’s Office analytical center with data-driven analysis and investigative mentoring to combat transnational criminal organizations. Eligible applicants are U.S.-based and foreign-based nonprofit organizations and educational institutions, and applications are limited to organizations only. Awards range from $550,000 to $650,000, with $650,000 total available and one award anticipated. Cost share is recommended but not required. The project is limited to Bosnia and Herzegovina, with a 30 to 36 month performance period starting in October 2026.

This project will fully support a newly established analytical center within the Bosnia and Herzegovina State Prosecutors Office that can provide a data-driven analysis and tailored investigative mentoring to combat TCOs that threaten U.S. security through illicit finance, corruption, narcotics trafficking, and other cross-border criminal activity.
