This program provides tuition from the state to Wisconsin school districts for enrolling students who reside in certain eligible facilities. It covers students in juvenile detention facilities, secured residential care centers, county jails, certain foster or group homes, and some other placements defined by state law. Districts may apply for reimbursement for eligible students they enrolled in the prior year.
