This program funds projects that help small public drinking water systems in underserved and disadvantaged communities resolve violations and action level exceedances of the Safe Drinking Water Act. It is for other-than-municipal community (OTM) public water systems and nonprofit non-transient non-community (NN) public water systems in Wisconsin. Eligible activities include planning, testing, source development, infrastructure improvements, storage, treatment, consolidation, and related costs needed to achieve compliance.
