The Talent Incentive Program (TIP) Grant provides grant assistance to the most financially needy and educationally disadvantaged Wisconsin resident students attending colleges and universities in Wisconsin. It helps low-income and disadvantaged students reduce loan, work-study, or unmet need costs. First-time freshmen are nominated by school financial aid offices or Wisconsin Educational Opportunity Programs counselors, and continuing recipients must keep demonstrating financial need.
